Xavier Llairó

Xavier Llairó is co-founder of Pangea Propulsion, a company dedicated to the development of advanced propulsion systems for space applications. At Pangea, he leads the company’s commercial and institutional relations, working closely with public agencies and private customers. Pangea is actively developing propulsion solutions for launch vehicles and in-space systems, supporting missions for both commercial and institutional programmes. The company works with major space organisations such as the European Space Agency (ESA), CNES, and the Spanish Space Agency, contributing to the development of next-generation propulsion technologies for European space access and in-space operations. Before co-founding Pangea, Xavier worked in the strategy department of the Caisse des Dépôts Group and as a strategy and innovation consultant for large corporations and public institutions, including Aéroports de Paris and Airbus. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE and a Master’s degree from ESCP Paris.
