Paul Coutinho

Paul Coutinho is the Head of Systems Engineering at DLR Gesellschaft für Raumfahrtanwendungen (GfR) mbH. He has worked in satellite operations for over 25 years, contributing to a wide range of missions in Earth observation, human spaceflight, telecommunications, and navigation. Over the past 15 years, he has been involved at all levels of deployment and operations of the Galileo system. DLR GfR, based in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany, is renowned for its role in Galileo operational services, including the routine operation and maintenance of the satellite constellation.
